We will be migrating our outbound email infrastructure to MailChannels, a dedicated email delivery network. This upgrade improves email deliverability, availability, and protection against spam blocklisting for all clients.
For most users, no action is required. Clients on Managed Web Hosting packages are not affected. Changes have been applied automatically.
If your domain or application uses our mail servers directly (via hostname or IP), you may need to update your SPF DNS record before the maintenance window. Please refer to the notification email sent to your registered address for full instructions, or contact our support team.
Expected impact: Minimal. A brief delay in outbound email delivery is possible during the switchover.
