    Ahead of an upcoming security update from our billing platform vendor, we have proactively enabled maintenance mode on the Noxity client portal and fully blocked outside access.

    Currently unavailable:

    • client portal login

    • new account registration

    • new order placement

    • ticket submission via the portal

    Operating normally:

    • web hosting, email, databases, DNS

    • automatic renewals and invoicing

    • payment processing

    Expected restoration: Wednesday, 13 May 2026, around 22:00 CEST (24 hours), immediately after the update is successfully deployed.
