    Maintenance complete.

The backup infrastructure upgrade is completed across the whole fleet. JetBackup destinations are back online, and scheduled backups will resume on their normal cadence from the next run. Just in case, a manual backup has been triggered for all accounts.

The upgrade brings us to a modern OS and improves boot resilience on the storage backend. Nothing changes on your end. Backup creation, management, and restoration work exactly as before.

Any failed backups during the window have been excluded from your quota.

Should any problems arrise, please contact our support team

We're upgrading our backup infrastructure to the latest version as part of our regular platform maintenance. This work helps us continue delivering reliable, modern backups across all hosting plans.

What to expect during the window

    - Scheduled and on-demand backups may fail and will not be created.

    - Existing backups will not be available for restoration.

    - Successful backup creation and successful restoration cannot be guaranteed during this period.

    - Any failed backups during the window will not count toward your backup quota.

We'd advise against making any major changes during the maintenance window, particularly anything you might want to roll back afterwards (e.g., major plugin or theme updates, large content migrations, DNS changes, or significant configuration changes). If something like that is on your roadmap, please consider scheduling it for after the maintenance completes.

We don't anticipate any issues; this is routine work, and our team has prepared thoroughly. As a general best practice, however, if there are any backups you consider particularly important, we'd suggest downloading a local copy beforehand for your own peace of mind.

You can do this any time before Saturday directly from cPanel under JetBackup → Full Account Backups (or any of the partial backup sections), using the Download option.

Upgrading our backup stack lets us provide faster restores, broader feature support, and improved reliability for everyone on the platform. We appreciate your patience while we put this in place.
